Human rights are no longer clear cut in a world where Genetic Engineering in humans becomes increasingly popular. Genetics is now regulated by special police to separate the "Licensed" from the "Unlicensed" enhanced humans, who possibly endanger all of Society. In this philosophical Scifi Drama, a routine investigation by two GRD agents leads to the discovery of an existential Truth about human evolution.
