Lakis and his mother are on pins and needles, awaiting his girlfriend, Katia. Of course, Lakis is confident that Katia will accept his marriage proposal. However, Katia has already met Telis, a charming fellow traveller. Intrigued by the handsome bachelor, Katia gets cold feet, unaware that the beautiful stranger does not believe in marriage or commitment. Now, Katia dreams of marrying Telis. Instead, Telis backs out at the last minute, leaving Katia heartbroken and returning to Lakis. But they say all is fair in love and war. Will Telis learn his lesson and pursue Katia again, or will he give up and admit defeat?
