Its a Surreal future story of power, greed and corruption in the year 2020, all in the aftermath of the deficit downfall for decades and the new Black bottom generation struggling to go back in time to the days of old tradional BlackBottom ways of settling scores and finding a higher conscious way of righting wrongs by uniting with unexpected forces of rivals and law abiding allies to rid the streets underbelly of those that contribute to a high rate of drug related and senseless deaths of many youths .
