Thank to one active and successful campaign of crowdfunding, finally see the light the for long-time wanted documentary about the music band Ilegales. Born first as Madson in Gijón, Principality of Asturias (north to Spain), in the hard times of 1978 during the Spanish Transition that followed after the death of General Franco, changed by a few months in 1980 as Metálicos and settled definitely as Ilegales in 1981, this documentary tales the history and back stage of the band and specially the life of his always polemic and controversial lead vocal and leader Jorge Martínez, as well as the different members of the band along the time, from the Spain of the 80s years dominated by the social revolution of La Movida Madrileña (The Madrilenian Scene) and the more relaxing and quiet 90s years until the entry on the 21st century. Using a lot of unpublished material of photos and videos, Martínez and his buddies review their greatest and remembered songs and albums of their carriers, at the same time that important musicians as Víctor Manuel and music producers as Jesús Ordovás between others explain not only the relevance of Ilegales in the Spanish music stage at those times and later, but too the price of the success and the consequences for the band. A bittersweet revival for the memory of a convulsed country, and by the rebellious and explosive personality of an unrepeatable name for the history of the music: Jorge Martínez.
