When her son moves out of the house, Cheryl finds herself at a crossroads. Having settled into a comfortable, yet predictable routine of looking after others at work and home, Cheryl suddenly finds herself truly alone for the first time in years. When she rediscovers an old pair of running shoes, Cheryl begins an inner journey to finally live for herself, and take charge of her life.
