During the final broadcast of 88.5 KCFU FM, a DJ struggles to preserve the legacy of the scrappy radio station her father founded while juggling the persistent attention of a determined musician, eager for airplay. Radio 88 is a funny, romantic, and melancholic love letter to independent music and to the independent radio stations that support it.
