Root Up (2017)

Joselie lives in Guadeloupe, F.W.I. When she inherits 5 acres of land from her late father, the former seamstress becomes a farmer at age 48. Now, she is ready to embrace a more wholistic lifestyle that allows her to have an enhanced connectedness with Mother Nature, "whom" is her spiritual companion. When she discovers that her land is contaminated and that she cannot grow anything on it, Joselie refuses to give up and is determined to save her legacy and live off her land.
