Puerto Rico has always been a colony. After centuries of Spanish control it became a property of the United States of America. The new colonizers thought it would be easy to erase Puerto Rican's sense of identity. But, ay bendito, they had no idea of what they were up against. 41 Puerto Ricans of different backgrounds- professors, politicians, activists and artists- come together to tell a story unknown to many.
