Devil Mind (2017)

Fleeing from the law, Mike finds himself on a bus, puzzling out ways to remain alive. His attempt to protect his life and dearer than life, his freedom, has him landing up in a forest where being consumed by the wild isn't the scariest danger. He forms strange bonds, makes desperate moves, and stares in the face of the end that a life of playing with fire must eventually bring. As Mike goes from one uncertain second to the next, imagination and intuition alone may not be enough to save his skin this time.
