The House That the Devil Built (2017)

A professional ghost hunting team with their own reality television show is contracted to explore a haunted theater in a small mid-western town. Through a series of interviews with locals and their own experiences, they come to discover something dark and evil residing in the theater. Though the team has had many dealings with the paranormal before, this situation may prove more than they can handle.
