In a world set on imprisoning those with free spirits, citizens who are labeled sense offenders under the Harmony Accord are taken into custody against their will and locked away for good. A young musician must fight against the system that threatens his creative livelihood as well as his passionate bond with another. By uniting with his artistic colleagues, together they will face incarceration or become insurgent in order to retain their artistic freedom and overall sense of being.
