Monsters (2018)

When Alex finds her roommate and best friend dead, she turns to his gaming friends to learn more about him. She brings a strange game with her that she found among J.B.'s possessions. Sensing that J.B.'s death had something to do with the game, Andrew, Celia, Nick and Alex decide to play a few rounds. With every card that is played, the group finds themselves being pulled deeper and deeper into a world they cannot hope to understand. They are forced to face the monsters that attacked them as children. As the truth is uncovered, they reveal something that is far darker than any of them ever imagined.
