A man in bed is covered in blood and surrounded by severed body parts of a dead woman. Characters are attacked with a knife, pistol, iron bar, shotgun, a television and fists. Bloody injury detail, particularly from shotgun and pistol wounds. Children take turns to stop each other's hearts beating.

Some strong language in English subtitles, including fuck, but infrequent.

A murder scene has white powder, suspected to be cocaine, and a number of pills.
