Natt for dag (2016)

The theatre-student Carl, expecting fatherhood, decides to step in as the new night-watchman at Ikea, after the previous one mysteriously disappeared. Here he is haunted by strange sounds emanating from the depths of Ikea's showroom, and soon stumbles upon a secret society, living among the furniture. Swapping night for day, the Ikeans have escaped all external responsibilities, now leading a utopian life in Ikea's comfortable living spaces. Carl initially condemns the society as freeloaders, but soon it becomes a symbol of everything he's afraid of losing in the advent of fatherhood.
