1 Mississippi (2017)

Phillip, (Sean Carmichael, Trinity, The Wrong Todd,) has long had a secret; he can alter his perception of time. As he counts down in his head, 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi, time slows to a crawl, and the world around him decelerates. One day Maura, his girlfriend, (Jami Tennille, Manchester by the Sea, Spotlight,) notices something is off about Phillip. When she confronts him, Phillip tries to brush it off, not ready to share his secret. Soon, he finds himself trying to prove to Maura that he can indeed slow down time. What he doesn't realize is that the real challenge lies ahead. He must confront the limits of his abilities and face the consequences of living time out of sync. Phillip can delay time, but he can't stop it's passing.
