In the closing chapters of the 19th century, the Federalist Revolution etched its tale in the southern landscapes of Brazil. Among the clashes between revolutionaries and legalists, Gumercindo Saraiva met a tragic end. His son, Francisco Saraiva, spurred by duty and vengeance, embarked on a daring quest with five horsemen.
