Seeing Each Other (2018)

Elliott likes Finn, Finn only likes Elliott when he's hungover. After not replying to his texts for a few days Elliott follows Finn to a party in hopes of taking the relationship to the next level. The two go back to Finn's where the reality of the relationship becomes clear to Elliott.
