Arun Shahne a college principal wants his younger son Ajay to take good education.But Ajay is a sports man and does not take education seriously which creates rift between father and son.Morever his elder son does well in his academics and considers Ajay a waste.Ajay with nobody around takes the help of a sports teacher Ramakanth Desai who trains him in boxing.
