Dick Peterson

While undercover in Mexico, Detective Dick Peterson gets shot in the head and sustains a brain injury. When he makes it back to his precinct in Los Angeles his Captain notices he seems to be permanently stuck in the wrong decade. The other employees are Captain Smith, who is meticulous yet has no patience; Detective Johnson, a sarcastic cop who battles a coke problem; Jose Martinez who barley speaks English and has a love of pistachios whom gets employed by Dick Peterson.
