There is a graphic scene of castration, in which a rapist is bound and gagged as he is mutilated below screen; blood spurts onto the women's face; a nerve is then shown being lifted upwards before cutting sounds are heard. The scene is disturbing and impactful with focus being placed on the victim's suffering.
