The Tate Experiment (2017)

A group of friends escape away for a breakaway weekend at an isolated holiday home in the mountains. However they soon realize they are not alone and one of their friends are killed by a deranged psychopath who starts tormenting them by giving them instructions through the house's AV speaker systems. Having no where to go and having no contact with the outside world, the friends must obey the maniacs one rule. Don't leave the house and survive for 48 hours. Will the group survive the weekend or will their flaws be the death of them?
