The Mule (2018)

No one would suspect that Earl Stone, an octogenarian war veteran and horticulturist, is transporting drug shipments for a mexican cartel. Earl is facing financial bankruptcy, which he is able to overcome with his new occupation, but when he begins to come under the radar of DEA agent Colin Bates, he is compelled to be extremely efficient. Directed by and starring Clint Eastwood, the story is engaging thanks to a sustained suspenseful atmosphere and a melancholic and tragicomic tone.
