In the mid 2010s, a disturbing trend emerged in North American dating culture. Despite the mounting risk of privacy violations and public humiliation, members of one sex began taking pictures of their private parts and sending them to others. Our team conducted a series of interviews to determine the logic behind this reckless course of action.
