The Offering (2020)

Violeta (Anna Alarcón), a married psychiatrist receives an unforeseen visit from a new patient. It's Rita (Verónica Echegui), the wife of Jan (Alex Brendemühl), an old teenage (teenage Jan Josh Climent) love of Violeta (teenage Violeta Claudia Riera) who marked her life after abandoning her traumatically 20 years ago. Rita goes to Violeta's office on the pretext of regaining her husband's love. But Violeta doesn't know that Rita's visit is Jan's first step in an obscure plan to rewrite his story.
