Dreamtime Revisited (2012)

Dream time Revisited is a 'walkabout in dream time Ireland' inspired by the works of Irish poet, writer and philosopher John Moriarty. The film weaves together contemporary and archive material, with excerpts from some of John Moriarty's key talks, in a labyrinthine invocation of his 'dream-vision' of Ireland. Dream time Revisited is an observational film mirroring Moriarty's gaze upon the face of contemporary and historical Ireland. It is an impressionistic film retracing the spiritual and poetic dimensions of Ireland across the folds of its landscape. And an abstract film following Moriarty's mythological lead into the depths of the nations Dream time.
