In contemporary Mumbai , Two youths are exposed to the loop , which is essentially a racket run by 2 men posing as police officials . The film captures the essence of the culture of modern-day India, and the corruption and schemes that the youth are exposed to. It also captures viciousness and shrewdness of certain individuals who are trying to take advantage of drug addicted teenagers in this scenario.
