Hédi Fried: The Road to Auschwitz (1996)

The film follows Hédi Fried in meetings with children and adolescents. In an upper secondary school in Sollentuna, Sweden, she meets the students together with the Austrian journalist and author Martin Pollack, son of SS Sturmbannführer Gerhard Bast, commanding the Einsatz Command, whose mission was to systematically kill the Jews in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union.
