Shells (2018)

Twenty four year old Sally's entire life circulates around providing for her childhood friend Romeo, who was made a vampire at the age of twelve. Stuck in the body of a child, he is entirely dependent on Sally. After witnessing her with a male colleague, Romeo expresses a desire for a romantic relationship, but is Sally able to look past his childlike shell?
