The Children of Space (2015)

"The Children of Space" is a homage to low budget B-movies and Toho science fiction films of the 1960s, made as part of a film acting class for Spotlight Youth Theater for their winter 2015 semester of classes. The story tells the travel from planet Earth to Alfa Centauri of a starship launched by human race together a few hundred ships more, in order to colonize outer space. The crew, composed by children who have been in suspended animation along 100 years, wake up to find themselves alone in the orbit of Alfa Centauri's planet, waiting for another ships. But an evil robots disguised as humans try to board the ship to destroy them before they get complete the mission.
