Little Angel (2018)

Two vampires thought their 11-year-old brother, Angel, was killed in San Francisco's great earthquake of 1906. But after more than a century, they discover that Little Angel is still alive. The boy vampire brings Laura, his beautiful mortal caretaker, to a family reunion which quickly turns into a bloody feast. When one of the brothers makes an unexpected move on Laura, the gathering takes a nasty turn. And the fight triggers a major change in the relationship between Angel and his human companion.
