Brooke Abrahms thought life was over when her fiancé unceremoniously dumped her... leaving her alone, homeless, and broke as hell. Faced with retreating to her Texas hometown or building a new life in the city, Brooke bravely (insanely?) decides to pursue her dream of acting. With the help of her closest friends, Brooke fights her way through rejections, ramen noodle dinners, really sad ASPCA videos, and the online dating circus to find out that the only true failure is settling for less than what you are.
