In the 21st Century, Los Angeles had finally been stored. Pollution was no longer existent and crime was at an all time low. Blade Runners were no longer needed for all remaining replicants have took their place under the human race, though a small amount still track down ex-runners such as Randy. Deckard (played by Pat Harshall) has retired; and a young man he rescued, 2 years ago, named Randy (played by Randy Puff) is fighting to forget the death of his parents. Randy longs to seek revenge on the replicant who took their lives and fights his own anger in search of happiness. Randy calls Deckard after returning home from fighting a replicant. Randy has been growing sick of not finding answers and insists to have this case put through with Deckard. Deckard agrees to it and tells him about the kid that they found on the street, John Risky (played by Ethan Holt), who later gives Randy the information he needs. Randy then goes alone to a Church to take out the killer of his parents.
