Lilli (2018)

A woman who is a prostitute, removes her blouse. Only her shoulders are seen, but it's obvious that she's naked.

A couple of sexual remarks. A man says that he wants to have sex with the protagonist, in response to which another character says that she's pregnant. The man says that it's not an issue and that they can just turn her around. (referring to anal)

A pregnant woman is held captive and throughout the runtime, she is in distress. She gets physically tormented by her captors.

The scene where the protagonist gives birth is easily the bloodiest scene in the movie. Lots of blood and gore is seen.
