Lots of full frontal male nudity throughout, all in sexual context.

Many scenes depict graphic homosexual intercourse, mostly between elderly men and younger male prostitutes. Penises are shown in plain view, and there is an explicit (but probably simulated) depiction of fellatio. The scenes aren't filmed in an alluring way, going for a more realistic take on these encounters.

A scene features a man injecting the tip of his penis with a sedative. The erect head of the penis is clearly seen.
