When Otto Sanger inherits ground in Munich, he puts 4 terrace houses on it, moves into one and rents the others. But he isn't lucky in choosing the parties - from then on he's occupied mediating between newly-riches, know-alls, stuck-ups and their nasty children who are entangled in a constant warfare.
