The Gangster king would own all of the Las Vegas city when he has substantial control over his entire tycoon earning his income through the mob connection when his friends of the gang are waging gangster war on behalf on the city of Vegas when they have the cops and the politicians closing inside on themselves standing alone for anyone to spot them and notify the police department at any time.

Hard drugs of any kind are involved heavily described in this movie when they have drug dealers involving with the shipment of cocaine and heroin and many types of opioids when they are additional supplement heavy drug use of this and many of them have died of overdose specifically to submit to this position that they have been sedated and snorted for periods of time when they are stoned. This is graphic hard drug use in the nature of this movie.
