Ficzek úr (1974)

Mr. Ficzek's happiness at the birth of his fourth son is overshadowed by his concern for their livelihood. As his family grows, he becomes increasingly impoverished, as it's not easy to make a living as a cobbler at the time of industrialization, at the beginning of the 20th century, in Budapest. His attempts to break out are sometimes successful, sometimes failures, but as much as he wants a better life, he has to fight for his own life as soon as the war begins.
