Fountains of Lust (1976)

Hoping to jolt his dormant libido into action, fallen Italian aristocrat Count Mario visits Greece. Intrigued by the rumours of a cave's medicinal thermal springs that boost sexual stamina, Mario decides to try out the secret mystical waters. After all, he has nothing to lose. And much to his surprise, Mario realises the whispers are true. But as the free-spirited chief housekeeper Eftichia tries to seduce the revitalised count, Mario's enchanting mistress Bianca arrives. Then, Margarita, Mario's sex-starved wife, enters the equation. But what's wrong with spreading love when there's enough magic for all?
