Långt borta och nära (1976)

Mania Becker starts working in a mental hospital which she hasn't any experience in. She meets a young man who has stopped talking. He has been considered an interesting case and Mania seems to be the only one who can contact him. Soon she realizes that she loves him and it will change her life.
