The Stepford Wives (1975)

Joanna Eberhart relocates with her family to the idyllic town of Stepford, where the women exhibit unnervingly perfect domesticity. As Joanna befriends some of the locals, she becomes increasingly unsettled by the rigid conformity and lack of individuality among the wives. Her suspicion deepens when she discovers that her friends are mysteriously transformed.
