Zombie Lake (1981)

In the long opening scene, a woman undresses entirely and walks around the countryside naked, revealing breasts, bush and butt throughout. She then sunbathes on a log as the camera pans across her body in a close up. Finally, she goes skinny dipping and the camera follows her under the water as she swims, sometimes showing her crotch.
