Solo Sunny (1980)

Sunny is a singer in a struggling East-Berlin band, constantly on the road and feeling disconnected from her audience and life. After a troubled relationship with saxophonist-philosopher Ralph and a quarrel with a bandmate, she's kicked out. Abandoned, she fights to regain control while pursuing a solo career in a society that doesn’t understand her.
