Fist of Fear, Touch of Death (1980)

Within the first 10 minutes, Fred Williamson wakes up in at a hotel. There's a woman in bed with him requesting him to "satisfy her." after some protesting, they kiss each other offscreen. (not explicit but still quite suggestive.)

There is some blood in a few of the fights, but it's infrequent (and by the way, this movie is so bad that it's not even that big of a deal unless you're a super squeamish idiot.)
