Spare Parts (1979)

Newlyweds Mike and Monica check into a motel in New Mexico, but their honeymoon turns into a nightmare when paramedics abduct Mike in an ambulance. Monica narrowly escapes and, with the help of truck driver Bill, uncovers a sinister syndicate trafficking in human organs.
