Prophecy (1979)

In one scene, an actress is wearing a wet T-shirt.

A huge and deformed animal attacks and kills several people, one man's head is bitten off, a few people are briefly seen mutilated by the animal's attacks, a woman's neck is bitten by a smaller animal, and a man burns to death. Moderate blood and some gore are shown.

Three men in a search team are attacked and killed offscreen. Their dead bodies are seen afterwards.

A couple of raccoons attack a couple of people, they're fended off and one is thrown into a fire.

Little to no profanities. "Damn" is uttered once.

The scene with the main characters walking in the rainy forest, finding the deformed cubs is upsetting/disturbing, and the deformed animal's attacks are sudden and frightening.
