In the story of Acateon, there are many nude female fairies. They have barbie doll anatomy.

In the Story of Acateon, Acateon spies on the Goddess Diana while she is bathing. It shows her rear end, uncovered breasts, and has a frontal nudity shot of her hair partially covering her breasts and genitalia. The dialogue from the narrator, makes it clear that Acateon is behaving inappropriately by spying on her naked.

Medusa and the Gorgons at the end of the movie, are fully topless

This movie was made prior to the invention of the Pg-13 rating. Because of the nudity within, it would be more consistent with a modern PG-13 or R rating.

The hero Acateon fights and slays a wild boar

The hero Acateon, after being transformed into a deer, is killed by his own hunting dogs

The segment of Acateon fighting the bull, and later on as a deer being hunted by his own dogs may be frightening to young viewers. Likewise, the scenes of the underworld with Orpheus, and the scenes of Perseus fighting medusa may be frightening to younger audiences.
