A young boy lies naked on his back next to a naked woman in bed. His scrotum and partially erect penis are fully visible. The woman lightly drags her fingers across the boy's chest and stomach before reaching his genitals. She briefly plays with his pubic hair and then runs her fingers over the boy's scrotum and penis.
