Embodiment of Evil (2008)

We see a ghost pulling out a knife which is impaled through his mouth ( the blood is black ). We then get some flashbacks which involves black and white-footage from older 'Coffin Joe'-movies which involves a guy with a mutilated face and two men getting their eyes gouged out by Coffin Joe ( but as I said before, it's in black and white )

We see a ghost which has been cut in half from the waist. She has spiders crawling out of her intestines ( again the blood,etc... is black ).

A woman has her butt cheek cut off. She then starts eating her own butt cheek.

A priest likes to electrocute his own nipples ( not too gory )

In a slew of torture-scenes : one man has hooks put through his back and is strung up ( rumor has it this scene is real ), one man has his hands crucified, a woman has hefr hands crushed by a device and a woman is scalped.

A man and a woman make out. There are two corpses hanging from the ceiling which start dripping blood, suddenly the man ( Coffin Joe ) and the woman both drown in the pool of blood. The man then - in a weird and oddball scene - is exploring the uterus of the woman ( inside her body ) together with an angel/demon-guy. He then suddenly is at some sort of wasteland where he sees people feeding on each other ( pulling out guts, in one instance we see a woman stretching and tear at a man's genitals,etc...) and sewing each other's mouths shut to prevent them from eating each other.

In another slew of torture scenes : A woman is lowered into a vat filled with blood and guts and she is pulled back out, a woman is branded with a hot iron, a woman has some skin of her back stripped off and another woman has been locked inside the body of a dead pig and she crawls back out.

Coffin Joe tortures two woman by whipping them, force their heads into a vat of cockroaches after they have been smeared with honey and last he takes one woman and he throws some sweet sauce on her and then he forces a rat to crawl inside her ( we see a shot from inside the body where a rat crawls into her uterus ).

We see the severed head of a man impaled on a stick.

A man is stabbed to death .

A man is stabbed through the heart ( we see a shot from inside the body where the spear impales the heart ).

Mostly consistent of blasphemous dialog and some swearing.

A woman is injected with some kind of drug. Several people smoke

This movie has weird and surrealistic scenes in it. And mostly, the oddball torture-scenes are very gruesome and can be disturbing to some.
