Lunch Meat (1987)

A man carries around a human head. A redneck carries a human head. Some blood splatters on people. All the gore is extremely low budget and cheesy. None of the gore is intense or frightening, its almost comedic how low quality it is.

One man asks for a beer while in the car.

Some scenes of rednecks chasing teens with weapons, very cheesy.
