Return to Horror High (1987)

In an early scene a guy presumably costume department is prepping one of the actresses ready for a scene in the film they're recording - she's seen top-less with fake blood running down between her breasts. She's wearing clothes on her bottom half

Short sex scene about an hour in - you don't see much as they're covered by a sheet but you do see them kissing and writhing around a bit. You also see the side of her boobs as she's on top of him.

A female character's top is lifted up. One bare breast is seen very briefly.

All of this happens to people about high school age or older.

A guy chases after a girl into a locker room. Many women are seen changing and some are topless. One women is completely nude but far in the background and out of focus. A girl is seen topless for about seconds. The guy talks follows the girl through the changing room. After getting turned down he picks up a girl who ends up dropping her towel. He carries her topless in panties over his shoulder.

Lots of blood and guts. And many instances of the murders.
